There’s nothing more exciting to a designer than having the opportunity to push a brand to it’s limits, and that’s exactly what Brent and Dani were up for when they came to us with the brief in 2014 for their restaurant ELTONS. The challenge lay in re-branding an iconic cafe that had already existed in Mudgee for 12 years. We created a logo that combines traditional serif with sans serif to create a feel that’s modern with a nod to the brand’s heritage. Evolving from there the menus and marketing materials use natural imagery, earthy colours and clean lines to reflect the honesty and warmth of ELTONS. It’s been great to see the branding evolve and grow from logos, website and posters, to menus and signage, and we are stoked we still get to enjoy working with Brent and Dani on their branding.
I absolutely love working with Netty from Rainbow Trumpet. From our very first meeting she made our goals and ambitions of opening a business with a strong brand her priority. No idea of ours was too big, nor too silly. Netty created a brand for us that reflected exactly what we wanted our business to become, to be seen as and to be known for.
From designing our logo in the very early days to now having worked on countless promotions and menu designs, our brand is strong, recognisable and all thanks must go to Rainbow Trumpet.
She has treated all of our jobs with such high importance, even the smallest of designs and has always delivered the artwork within a tight turnaround. I couldn’t recommend Rainbow Trumpet more for any business’s graphic design work. Their professionalism and amazing creativity will blow any client away.
