We love building brands from the ground up and working on The Coffee House branding was a treat as we were building the brand while they were building the cafe. We knew it was going to have a lovely courtyard garden with, eventually, an overgrown grape vine and bare wooden table tops. So with a natural, leafy, rustic theme in mind to kick things off we designed a logo with a quirky gum-nut illustration combined with a traditional serif and a modern sans serif font. Evolving from there the menus and printed collateral incorporate more foliage illustrations, the type from the logo and natural khaki colours to reflect the artisan and casual vibe of The Coffee House.
I am blown away at how effortlessly Netty was able to interpret our words and create the vision for our new brand. In bringing The Coffee House to life, Netty has again proven how exceptional she is at not only interpreting a brief but also understanding the unspoken thoughts and hopes that clients have for their future business and brand. I’m in love with what Rainbow Trumpet have created and I can’t thank Netty enough for making the process so easy. We love working with them and continue to drop them emails on designing new posters, menus and social media promotions so that we may continue to have a knock-out brand.
